Shipping policy
Currently, we have webshops based in Traunstein, Germany, for European customers, Nottingham, England, to serve the UK, and Petaluma, California, for North America/Canada. If you are outside of Europe, the UK, or the USA/Canada, you can contact one of our friendly international distributors or find an online bike shop that ships internationally.
In the EU:
- Free shipping on orders over €100.00, some exclusions apply:
- Wheels
- Certain discounts and promotions
- International Shipments
- Orders are shipped 24-72 hours after being placed (ordinarily next day Su-Th)
- Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday
Switzerland & Norway:
- Switzerland: Flat rate shipping €30,00
- Norway: Flat rate shipping €35,00
- Please note: Additional import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
As soon as your item is fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number.
If your item has shipped and you encounter a problem, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. You can also contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
